Each villa offers a private pool and jacuzzi, secure parking, and quick access to the ocean. We recommend bringing insect repellent and sunscreen, as the area has a tropical climate. The property has an easy paved access road and a private, secure entrance. The Heaven Group & Vacation Rentals team will be available to assist you with anything you need before, during, and after your stay. Out of respect for the neighbors and the natural environment, parties and loud music after 10 p.m. are not allowed. Monterrico is famous for its sea turtles and mangroves; we can help you arrange eco-tours and local activities upon request.

Guests will have full access to all private areas of the villa, including the pool, jacuzzi, kitchen, terraces, and parking. The beach area is shared and accessible directly from the property. Per condominium rules, loud noise after 10:00 p.m. is not allowed, and parties or large gatherings are prohibited. Check-in and check-out are only available through the main entrance of the complex, which offers 24-hour controlled access and private security.
